Kristy Huetten

Kristy Huetten is an experienced manager in transit operations with a focus on rapid transit and strategic service initiatives at Metrolinx since January 2009. Key roles include Manager of Transit Operations, Senior Advisor for Network Sponsorship, and Superintendent of Bus Operations Planning, where responsibilities include developing new bus services, implementing route designs aligned with provincial objectives, and coordinating various service initiatives for new destinations. Previous experience includes serving as a MiWay Operations Assistant at the City of Mississauga, overseeing labor resource management and inventory control, as well as handling financial reporting as a Revenue and Fare Media Assistant. Kristy holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in International Development from the University of Guelph.
