Michelle Chan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employee engagement, learning, and development across various industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Employee Engagement & Culture at Metrolinx since September 2022, Michelle focuses on enhancing employee engagement with an emphasis on equity, diversity, and inclusion. Prior to Metrolinx, Michelle held managerial roles at Air Canada, where responsibilities included change management for loyalty program redesign and employee engagement programming. Previous positions at Aimia Inc, Scotiabank, STAPLES Canada, and various others have shaped a robust skill set in learning strategy development, people analytics, and performance consulting. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Waterloo, a Certificate in Adult Education from St. Francis Xavier University, and completed advanced coaching training at Adler Graduate Professional School.
