Narissa Sawh

Narissa Sawh, C.Dir, currently serves as Sr. Portfolio Manager for Digital & Customer Experience at Metrolinx since September 2021 and as Governance & Board Director at Birchway Niagara, where efforts focus on stopping abuse and violence against women and children through various support initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as Project Director for Strategy & Transformation at the City of Toronto from March 2014 to September 2021, and Senior Management Consultant for Transformation & Strategy with the Ontario Government from July 2010 to March 2014. Narissa's career in technology and innovation began at Bell, where the position of Associate Director was held from February 2001 to July 2010. Educational credentials include a Chartered Director program at DeGroote School of Business - McMaster University, a Master of Science in Business & Digital Transformation from The University of Salford, a Master's in Project Management from Schulich ExecEd, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from York University.
