Vice President, Development at Metrolinx

Rebecca Ramsey, RPP, AICP, currently serves as Vice President of Development at Metrolinx since November 2019, having previously held various roles including Director and Development Manager for Heavy Rail (Existing Stations). Before joining Metrolinx, Rebecca worked as an Urban Planner at Perkins and Will from June 2016 to November 2019. Additionally, Rebecca's international experience includes serving as a Field Liaison Officer for the Association of African Universities in Accra, Ghana, and as an Urban/Rural Planner for Global Affairs Canada through Mzuzu University. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Harvard University Graduate School of Design and a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Ryerson University. Rebecca also holds a French Language Certificate from Université du Québec à Chicoutimi.
