Senior Team Lead, Customer Care at Metrolinx

Ronnie Sly has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Ronnie currently works at Metrolinx as a Senior Team Lead in Customer Care. Prior to that, they held the position of Team Lead in Customer Care at Metrolinx as well. Ronnie also worked at Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) as a Customer Service Supervisor and Senior Customer Service Representative. Ronnie gained experience as an Account Manager at Softchoice and as a Job Developer at ReStart. Ronnie also worked in the field of communications and marketing at various organizations including K3C Counselling Centres, The Carbon Farmer Inc., Well.ca, and First Work. Ronnie Sly has a BSc Honours in Biology from York University, which was obtained in the period from 2004 to 2009. In addition, Ronnie obtained a BSc in Biology from the University of York during the academic year 2007-2008. Prior to attending university, Ronnie completed high school at Quinte Secondary School and obtained an Ontario Secondary School Diploma between 1999 and 2004. Ronnie also holds certifications in Microsoft Solutions Licensing Expert SMB from Microsoft, which was obtained in May 2017, and Mental Health First Aid from the Canadian Mental Health Association. The month of obtaining the Mental Health First Aid certification is not provided.
