Sharon Harbajan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus, and possesses extensive experience in IT and project management. Currently serving as the IT Solutions Manager at Metrolinx since 2016, Sharon has developed expertise in program and project management as a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Prior roles include Manager of Business Solutions Services at the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB), Consultant for Canada Supply Chain Inc., and various project management positions at the Region of Peel, ADP, and RBC Insurance. Key accomplishments include leading multi-million dollar enterprise-wide service transformations, implementing technology solutions, and managing projects with diverse teams and budgets.
