Shayna Dumbleton

Shayna Dumbleton, CHRP, currently serves as a Strategic HR Business Partner at Metrolinx since August 2023, after holding the role of Human Resources Manager at Riverdale Poultry from August 2019 to July 2023. Prior experience includes positions at Sun Life Financial as an HR Analyst and Portfolio Coordinator, where Shayna provided analytical support and coordinated key initiatives for the Brighter Way program. Additional roles include staffing and recruiting at Aerotek and project support related to the Genesis conversion at Sun Life. Shayna holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Guelph, completed in 2013.
