Sylvester Johnson

Sylvester Johnson is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Network Support Analyst at Metrolinx since May 2022, where responsibilities include managing incidents and providing enterprise-level IT support using ITIL processes. Prior to this, Sylvester worked as a Desktop Analyst for CGI, contracted to Suncor Canada, delivering end-to-end IT support in a high-demand environment.
