Throughout their career, Paul has held various roles including Operations Manager, IT Manager, and Project Manager, where responsibilities ranged from overseeing IT infrastructure and data services to managing technical project teams and developing strategic plans for business growth. Notably, Paul's journey in technology began as a Technical Business Analyst, transforming legacy systems into real-time management solutions. Prior to CustomerKNECT, Paul worked as a Data Team Leader at MetroMail and possesses a Joint Hons. degree in Computing with Management from the University of Leeds.
