Fanny Leygnac

Fanny Leygnac has extensive work experience in human resources and leadership transformation consulting. Fanny currently holds the position of Head of HR at METRON since June 2020. Prior to that, they co-founded Clover in 2018 and worked as a Leadership Transformation consultant until June 2020. From 2015 to 2018, Fanny served as the HR Development Manager at Milleis Banque (ex Barclays France). Fanny also worked at Barclays, starting in 2004, where they held the positions of Senior HRBP from 2011 to 2015 and Training and Development Manager from 2004 to 2010. Before that, they worked at NXO France (NextiraOne) as an HR Development Manager from 2001 to 2004 and at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise as the Responsible Projets Ressources Humaines from 1995 to 2000.

Fanny Leygnac has a diverse education history. From 1991 to 1996, they attended the Ecole de Psychologues Praticiens where they obtained a Diplôme de Psychologue in the field of Ressources Humaines et Formation. In 2020, they enrolled in the ESSEC Business School and completed a course called "Réussir le changement" which was taken online. Additionally, in 2017, Fanny Leygnac completed a short-term course in project management at Novavista. Fanny has also pursued further education in managerial innovation through a MooC course at Learn Assembly in 2016. Furthermore, they obtained certifications in Facilitateur Co Développement and initiation to Nonviolent Communication (CNV) through Ophéa Consulting in the same year.
