John Timmerman

John Timmerman is a Principal ATM Expert at Metron Aviation, an Airbus Company, since November 2008, specializing in analysis and support services for various aviation organizations, particularly in Airspace Management, Unmanned Aircraft Systems, and Safety Management Systems. Previously, John served as Group Manager and Program Manager, overseeing aviation programs and managing a team of analysts and aviation subject matter experts. Prior to joining Metron Aviation, John was an Aviation Consultant, providing analysis and support for the FAA, and spent 37 years with the FAA in various operational and management roles, including air traffic control, airspace program management, and safety policy development. John holds a degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
