Gabriel Montes has a diverse and extensive work experience in the technology industry. Gabriel has held various leadership positions and has been involved in different software development projects.

In 2007, Gabriel joined Neoris as a Business Consulting Manager, where they managed projects such as the Ryder Warranty System Replacement Project and the McDonald's Store Human Resource Management System (SHRMS) Maintenance and Development Project.

From 2010 to 2011, Gabriel worked at Politec Argentina as a Software Development Manager, focusing on providing near-shore Java and .Net development services to the US.

In 2012, Gabriel became the CTO and Lead Developer at a company called "I am at," where they played a crucial role in architecting and leading the development team for their interactive real-time second-screen platform.

Following that, from 2012 to 2015, Gabriel founded and served as the Lead Developer at Utoctadel, specializing in leading and architecting large and complex software development projects. Gabriel also provided consulting services on project management, agile adoption, and process and quality assurance.

From 2015 to 2016, Gabriel worked as a JavaScript and Mobile Technologies Trainer at Coderhouse, providing training sessions for individual students and organizations on topics such as Node.js, JavaScript, PhoneGap/Cordova, Ionic Framework, and AngularJS.

In 2016, Gabriel joined Bloq, Inc. as the VP of Engineering, and later, in 2020, they joined Vesper as a Lead Software Engineer.

Furthermore, in 2017, Gabriel worked at Metronome Token as the Lead JavaScript Developer.

Throughout their career, Gabriel has demonstrated expertise in JavaScript and has obtained specialized training in Full Stack Development and coding.

Gabriel Montes obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Technologies from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Gabriel then pursued a Master's degree in Software Engineering and Knowledge Engineering from the same institution, completing it from 2004 to 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Gabriel also holds several certifications. In 1997, they obtained the Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC) certification from the Instituto Cultural Argentino Norteamericano (ICANA). In 2003, they received the Sun Certified Java 2 Programmer (SCJP) certification from Sun Microsystems. Gabriel became a Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute in September 2007. Lastly, in November 2010, they obtained the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
