Product at Metronome

Louis Topper is the current Product Manager at Metronome. Prior to this, they were the Head of Product at All Raise, where they were focused on realizing gender equity in entrepreneurship and venture capital. All Raise is on a mission to redesign the ecosystem and double the funding to female founders from 11.8% to 23% over the next ten years.

Before their time at All Raise, Louis was self-employed for a brief period of time before they took on the role of Director of Product Management at Massdrop in June 2015. As Director of Product Management, they led the Community Platform, Growth, Mobile, and Brand Product Teams. During their time at Massdrop, they achieved 21% revenue per user growth by developing features and internal marketing team products and managing a supporting team of 1 product manager, 2 designers, 12 engineers, and 2 marketers. Louis also drove the release of Drop’s first mobile applications in half the time, and saved the company two engineering teams by devising a strategy and supporting UX to build React Native versions of the mobile web product. In addition, they saved the company 2 FTEs by launching tools to offload community management and growth to site members.

Louis Topper has a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University. Louis also has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and Math from UC San Diego. Louis has experience in the field of Computer Aided Design, Product Modeling, Robotics, CFD, and they are currently studying at The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University.
