Maria Demmer

Maria Demmer currently serves as the Regional Director of Operations for MetroPlains Management since April 2024. Prior to this role, Maria accumulated extensive experience at Shelter Corporation from December 2006 to January 2024, holding various leadership positions including Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Operations, Consultant, and Regional Manager. Maria demonstrated proficiency in operational management, policy review, and resource coordination, as well as financial and operational performance monitoring. Earlier roles include Regional Manager at Goldmark Property Management and Multi-Site Manager at Mid Continent Management. Maria earned a Mini Master of Financial Management degree from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business.
