Currently serving as a Manager at Metroplex Concrete Company since January 2024, Wilson previously held key positions such as Managing Director at Rock Hill Capital and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of JK Acquisition Corp, where a successful IPO was executed. Additionally, Wilson served on multiple boards, including the Board of Directors for UTIMCO, which manages investments for The University of Texas and Texas A&M University Systems, and the Board of Regents for the Texas A&M University System. An accomplished entrepreneur, Wilson co-founded RSTW Partners, focusing on investments in middle-market companies. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
