Eddy Reynoso

Eddy Reynoso has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on provider relations and network operations. Eddy currently serves as the Director of Provider Relations-Provider Network Operations at MetroPlusHealth, where they are responsible for transitioning manual processes to systematic ones and reducing workload. Eddy'sprevious roles include serving as the Senior Director of Ancillary Contracting at Mount Sinai Health System, the Senior Director of Provider Relations at Independent Living Systems, LLC, the Director of Ancillary Services at Healthfirst, and the Senior Network Manager at WellPoint. Eddy also held positions at EmblemHealth, One Health Plan\\Great West Life, Prudential HealthCare/Aetna US Healthcare, and The New Jewish Home. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated success in developing and managing provider networks, negotiating contracts, and improving operational efficiency.

Eddy Reynoso has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services Administration from City University of New York-Herbert H. Lehman College, which they obtained from 1986 to 1992. Eddy continued their education at Iona University, earning a Master of Science degree in Health Services Administration from 1996 to 1998. In 2022-2023, they pursued a Post Masters Certificate in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Iona University. Eddy Reynoso also completed a Transformative Leadership in Disruptive Times Certificate Program in Organizational Leadership at Seton Hall University in 2024. Eddy has obtained additional certifications, such as Equity Indexed Universal Life from FINRA in 2015 and Life, LTC, Accident, and Health from the State of New York Department of Financial Services in May 2015. Eddy Reynoso is currently a candidate for the Transformative Leadership in Disruptive Times Certificate from Seton Hall University.
