Elizabeth Vargas

Elizabeth Vargas is a seasoned professional in provider relations and account management, currently serving as the Manager of Provider Relations at MetroPlusHealth since March 2023. In this role, Elizabeth functions as an Ancillary Manager, addressing issues on behalf of the Director of Account Management Services, while collaborating with various departments to deliver data and educational resources. Prior experience includes over a decade at the Visiting Nurse Service of New York as an Account Manager, and a previous role at Wellcare of New York Inc as an Ancillary Coordinator and Provider Representative. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from New York University, obtained in 2006.
