Felicity Tsikiwa

Felicity Tsikiwa, RN, BSN, BA, ACRN, CCM is currently working as a Case Management Operations Manager at MetroPlus Health Plan since April 2016. Prior to this, Felicity held various positions in the healthcare field including RN Care Coordinator at Health Care from November 2012 to January 2019, Nurse at Callen-Lorde Community Health Center from January 2003 to April 2012, and Intake Nurse at The Floating Hospital from August 2004 to November 2006. Felicity Tsikiwa has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lehman College and is currently pursuing further education at Yale School of Management.
