Antoine Montlucon

Antoine Montlucon is an experienced urban and social project director currently serving at Métropole Européenne de Lille (MEL) since January 2015. Prior to this role, Antoine held the position of urban project director at GIP LMRU from January 2006 to December 2014. Antoine began a career in public service at Mairie de Lille, where responsibilities included roles as chef de projet politique de la ville and chargé de mission observation from January 2000 to December 2005. Educational qualifications include a D.E.S.S in Project Management from Institut d'administration des entreprises Lille (1996-1997) and a Maîtrise in Environmental Planning from University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology (1994-1996).
