From February 2013 to September 2022, Nataki worked at JM Zoning as a Department of Transportation Permits Project Manager, overseeing DOT approvals and site inspections for major construction accounts, while managing an average of 25 accounts monthly. Prior to that, from August 2001 to January 2013, Nataki served at Design 2147, LTD as a DOT and Department of Buildings permit coordinator, focusing on approvals and inspections for notable construction firms and institutions. Nataki began the career as a permit clerk at the NYC Building Department from January 2000 to August 2001.
