Ravikumar Pillay has extensive work experience in various roles related to customer experience and operations. Ravikumar started their career in 2003 as a Customer Service Operations Manager at WNS Global Services. In 2011, they joined ICICI Bank as the Chief Manager for Banking Operations and Vendor Management, where they worked until 2019. After leaving ICICI Bank, they joined Hicare Services Pvt. Ltd. as the Head of Customer Experience for a year. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Process Excellence and Customer Experience at Metropolis Healthcare, starting from July 2020.
