Kelsey Keith

Kelsey Keith has extensive experience in risk management and compliance. Kelsey is currently the Director of Risk Management at Metropolis Technologies since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Regional Risk Manager at Banfield Pet Hospital from October 2021 to September 2022, overseeing risk management and compliance for multiple locations. From July 2017 to October 2021, Kelsey served as a Risk and Safety Manager at Ilani, where they managed compliance for OSHA standards and insurance programs. In their previous role at Towne Park as an Occupational Health, Safety, and Claims Specialist from April 2016 to June 2017, Kelsey managed OSHA compliance and workers' compensation claims. Kelsey also held various roles at Towne Park from January 2014 to April 2016, including Occupational Safety Analyst and Claims Analyst I. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Case Manager at Carey Law Offices, LLC, managing criminal and DUI client files. Kelsey also served as a Marketing Associate at the same company, handling direct mail campaigns. Kelsey started their career as an Intern for Delegate Kipke District 31 at the Maryland General Assembly, assisting with constituent communications and administrative tasks.

Kelsey Keith began their education at Salisbury University in 2006 and completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies in 2010.
