Matthew Lynch has accumulated extensive work experience in the field of employee communications and knowledge management. Matthew most recently served as the Head of Employee and Talent Communications at Metropolis. Prior to that, they held positions such as Head of Employee Communications at REEF, Global Head of Employee Communications & Knowledge at Perkins&Will, and Chairman of the Future Trends & Innovations Committee at Property Council. Matthew also has a strong background in research and academia, serving as Global Head of Research & Knowledge at Woods Bagot, Adjunct Professor at both the University of Melbourne and Columbia University, and Senior Consultant at Design Laboratories. Additionally, they have experience in project management, having worked as a Project Manager at Bruce Bierman Design and trethowan architecture | interiors | heritage.

Matthew Lynch attended the University of Sydney from 2000 to 2002, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Architecture. Following this, they continued their education at the same institution and completed a Master of Architecture (Honours Class I) degree from 2003 to 2005.
