John Erwynne Maliwat

John Erwynne Maliwat is an experienced professional in change management and technology delivery, currently serving as the AVP and Head of Change Management and Implementation Department at Metrobank since February 2021. Prior to this role, John worked at Accenture for several years in various capacities, including Technology Delivery Lead, Application Management Delivery Lead, Project Manager, and Innovation Consultant, where responsibilities included defining strategies, managing stakeholders, overseeing project financials, and ensuring compliance with operational standards.
