Melizza Doris Guiao

Melizza Doris Guiao is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles within the banking sector. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees for World Vision PH since February 2025, Melizza has held multiple senior vice president positions at Metrobank since September 2000, focusing on human resources business partnership and people management for the branch banking sector. Melizza's prior leadership roles include positions at Solidbank and Asiatrust Bank. In addition to professional experience, Melizza has completed advanced management programs at IESE Business School and the University of Asia and the Pacific, as well as an Accredited Coach Training Program from Benchmark Consulting and a Graduate program from the Registered Financial Planners Philippines. Melizza is also involved in community service as a Member of the Board of Elders and Deacons at Grace Christian Church of the Philippines.
