Jacques Sexton

Jacques Sexton is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Associate General Counsel for Data (Privacy, Security & Governance) and Privacy at DailyPay, Inc. since May 2022. Sexton holds significant roles in various organizations, including Co-Chair of the Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Section at the Metropolitan Black Bar Association and Co-Chair of the Fellows Alumni Board at the Council of Urban Professionals. Previous positions include Data Attorney at Milbank LLP and Litigation Attorney at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. With a Juris Doctorate from Howard University School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Morehouse College, Sexton also has foundational education in Law and Humanities from Benjamin N. Cardozo High School.
