METROPOLITAN CENTER FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING
Carrie Salberg is an experienced professional in independent living and vocational rehabilitation, currently serving as the IL/VR Manager and previously the IL/VR Specialist at the Metropolitan Center for Independent Living since March 2017. Prior to this role, Carrie was involved with Access Press as a Board Member from June 2008 to December 2016, where executive officer positions included Secretary, Vice-President, and Treasurer, focusing on establishing goals, financial objectives, and strategic planning. Additional experiences include a Grant Writing Intern role at Tubman, a Research Analyst/Sales Assistant position at CORAWorks, Inc., and a Development Intern at the Children's Safety Center. Education includes a Master's Degree in Public and Nonprofit Administration from Metro State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Women's Studies from Hamline University.
