Adrian Smith is currently the Vice President for Technology and Operations/Chief Information Officer at Metropolitan College of New York. Prior to that, they were the Director of Technology at Northland International University from October 2006 to September 2013. Adrian was responsible for providing leadership for the technology hardware, software and services needs of Northland International University and for managing a team to implement and sustain the campus enterprise software. From August 1999 to October 2006, Adrian Smith held the position of ResNet Program Manager at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they supported the 7,000+ campus residents with their telephone, television and network services through the management of the ResNet program. In September 2014, Adrian Smith founded Adrian Smith Consulting LLC, where they provide unique technical solutions for clients using the PowerCampus by Ellucian solution. Adrian has also served as Treasurer for both the PowerCampus Users Group and Norway Baptist Church. Additionally, Adrian Smith has been a Steering Committee member (Symposium Host) for The ResNet Organization from March 2004 to June 2006.
Adrian Smith has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from the Metropolitan College of New York.
