Zach Reinhardt

Zach Reinhardt is a board member at Metropolitan Community College Area. Zach has over eight years of experience in the financial industry, specializing in real estate financing and investment.

Reinhardt began their career as a commercial credit analyst at First Westroads Bank. In this role, they were responsible for assessing the creditworthiness of borrowers and monitoring the performance of loans. Zach quickly gained experience in analyzing real estate projects, and was promoted to real estate project manager at Burlington Capital in 2017. In this role, they managed a portfolio of development projects totaling over $150MM in value.

Reinhardt has a proven track record of successful project management and financial analysis. Zach is a strategic thinker with the ability to identify risks and opportunities in complex situations. Their experience in both small and large scale real estate projects makes him an asset to the board at Metropolitan Community College Area.

Zach Reinhardt has a Bachelor of Science Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in Real Estate and Land Use Economics. Zach also has certification from the Ohio Division of Real Estate in Ohio Licensed Real Estate Broker and from the Nebraska Real Estate Commission in Nebraska Licensed Real Estate Broker.
