Ashlee Snyder-Cox

Ashlee Snyder-Cox currently serves as the Academic Fieldwork Coordinator at Metropolitan Community College-Kansas City, where responsibilities include facilitating student fieldwork placements, teaching part of the OTA curriculum, and aiding faculty with student assessments. With a background in pediatric occupational therapy, Ashlee has significantly contributed to growing therapy programs and establishing standardized practices at organizations such as Children's Mercy Hospital and Foundations Therapy. Ashlee holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Health Professions Education from Bellarmine University and multiple degrees in Occupational Therapy and Kinesiology from Spalding University and Oklahoma Baptist University. Achievements include developing successful NBCOT exam workshops and receiving the 2019 Allied Health Clinical Excellence Award.
