Ed Foley

Ed Foley, MPA, PMP serves as the Director of Enterprise Project Management, Strategic Planning, and Institutional Effectiveness at Metropolitan Community College-Kansas City since January 2020, leading strategic planning and HLC accreditation efforts for the institution. Prior experience includes serving as Performance Management Leader for the City of Olathe, KS, where responsibilities encompassed strategy development, data analysis, and performance management from September 2012 to January 2020. Ed also held the position of Director of Student Recruitment at the University of Kansas Edwards Campus, focusing on recruitment strategies and marketing from August 2005 to August 2012. Additional roles include Business Analyst at H&R Block, Agent Development Program at American Family Insurance, and various positions at Hallmark Cards, Inc. spanning several years. Ed holds a Master’s in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from The University of Kansas.
