Deb McKinley is a seasoned manager with extensive experience in environmental services and communications. Currently serving as the Manager of the Programs and Administration Division at the Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities, McKinley oversees operations and organizational strategies for over 600 employees across nine regional wastewater treatment plants. Previous roles include Director of Communications and Population Health Assessment at Stratis Health, where McKinley directed analytics efforts and aged robust communication strategies to enhance health care quality. McKinley's earlier experience at the University of Minnesota and the Minnesota Office of Waste Management involved managing pollution prevention programs and public education resources.
