Eldon Farb

Lead Senior Electronic Revenue Equipment Technician at Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities

Eldon Farb has a diverse work experience in the field of biomedical equipment and avionics. Eldon started their career as an Avionics Technician at Northwest Airlines in 1997 and later worked at Sierra Hotel Aero, Inc as an Avionics Technician. In 2003, they joined Otto Bock Health Care as a Medical Electronics Technician. From 2006 to 2009, Eldon worked at Universal Hospital Services as a Biomedical Equipment Technician, where they achieved in-service reliability and provided emergency service for surgical waste management systems and RF ID infant security systems. Eldon then volunteered at University of Minnesota Medical Center as a Biomedical Technician and at Global Health Ministries as a Certified Biomedical Equipment Technician. Currently, Eldon is working at the Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities as a Lead Senior Electronic Revenue Equipment Technician.

Eldon Farb obtained a Certificate in Biomedical Equipment Technology from Dakota County Technical College in 2006-2007. Prior to that, they earned an AAS in Advanced Electronics Technology from Colorado Aero Tech in 1994-1995. In 1992-1994, they completed a Certificate in Aviation Maintenance from Minneapolis College. Additionally, Eldon studied Electronics Engineering at Anoka-Ramsey Community College and pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Forest Resource Development at the University of Minnesota. Eldon also has some experience in Machine Tool from St. Paul Technical College.
