Eugene Spencer

Eugene Spencer currently serves as the Director of Resident Services at the Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency, a position held since May 2023. Previously, Eugene held the role of Assistant Director of Resident Services and worked as a Special Assistant at the Housing Opportunities Commission from April 2018 to June 2023, where responsibilities included managing special projects, overseeing a rental supplement program, and formulating operational metrics and long-term performance strategies.
