Elizabeth Gresk has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Elizabeth began their career as a Law Clerk for the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, where they researched and drafted legal documents, managed courtroom and chambers needs, and assisted in the development of courtroom procedures and trainings. Elizabeth also worked as an Attorney and Guardian ad litem for the Office of the Cook County Public Guardian, advocating for the needs of children in care, coordinating services, and litigating cases. Elizabeth has also gained experience as a Legal Aid Society 711-Licensed Student Attorney Intern, representing domestic violence survivors and collaborating with professionals to meet clients' needs. In addition, Elizabeth has held positions as a Phone Canvasser for NARAL Pro-Choice America and a Policy Research Intern for Civitas ChildLaw Center. Most recently, they have taken on the role of Director of Pro Bono Programs at Metropolitan Family Services.
Elizabeth Gresk completed their high school education from Benet Academy in the years 2003 to 2007, earning a High School Diploma. Elizabeth then went on to study at Georgetown University from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), magna cum laude, with a major in American Studies. From 2011 to 2014, Elizabeth attended Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where they pursued a degree in Juris Doctor (J.D.).
