Alexis Pearson, MPP, is a highly experienced professional in public policy and data analysis. Currently serving as the University of Chicago Residential Head since September 2022, Alexis manages a programming budget, plans activities, mentors undergraduate students, and oversees Resident Assistants. Concurrently, Alexis holds the position of Senior Evaluation and Outcomes Analyst at Metropolitan Family Services, developing data visualization processes and performance dashboards. Previous roles include Project Manager and Grant Coordinator at the National Bureau of Economic Research, Data Analyst and Research Consultant at the Wolverine State Missionary Baptist Convention Inc, and Research Associate Fellow at the Center for Tax and Budget Accountability. Alexis earned a Master's degree in Public Policy from the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
