Metropolitan Fire Protection
Bert Fleming has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Bert started their career as a Sales Associate at Champs Sports in 1990 and worked there for a year. Following this, they joined Metropolitan Fire Protection in 1993 as a Fire Sprinkler Fitter and later became a Fire Sprinkler Foreman in 1995. In 1999, they transitioned into the role of Project Manager at the same company and eventually worked their way up to become the Director of Operations in 2007. Bert held this position for over a decade before taking up a similar role as the Director of Operations at Metropolitan Fire Protection in 2018. During this time, they also worked as a Groundskeeper at OLD SOUTH COUNTRY CLUB CHARITABLE TR from 2016 to 2018.
Bert Fleming studied at Surrattsville High School from 1988 to 1991. Following high school, they pursued Business Administration and Management at Prince George's Community College.
