Stephen Leadbeater

Stephen Leadbeater is an experienced stationary engineer currently at Bernhard since July 2024 and also serves in a similar capacity at Metropolitan Hospital since January 2022. Previously, Stephen worked as a commercial HVAC technician at Carolina Cool, Inc. from September 2022 to August 2024, and as an operating engineer at White Plains Hospital from August 2021 to February 2022. Additionally, Stephen gained valuable experience as a heating and air conditioning mechanic at Parkchester South Condominium from April 2016 to August 2021, and as an apprentice in the IUOE Local 30 program from May 2015 to August 2021. Stephen's career began at Classico Building Maintenance Inc. as an engineer from May 2015 to April 2016. Stephen holds an Associate of Science degree in Civil Engineering Technology/Technician from SUNY Westchester Community College, earned between 2004 and 2006.
