SaraLyn Archibald is an accomplished Theatre and Film Educator with extensive experience in arts education and community support. Currently serving at Arlington Community Schools since May 2007, SaraLyn teaches Introduction to Media Arts Analysis while previously covering various subjects including film, theatre, and acting. In addition, SaraLyn has been involved with MIFA Meals on Wheels since May 2023, providing support in the Client Services department. As Executive Director of SaraLyn Archibald Consulting since April 2020, SaraLyn aids artists and community members in achieving their creative ambitions through various supportive services. Previous roles include directing and educating at Overton High School for the Creative and Performing Arts, working as a Day Treatment Specialist, and serving as the Front of House Manager for the Really Useful Group in the UK. Academic credentials include a MAT in Secondary Education from Rhodes College, a Master's degree in Theatre Communications from The University of Memphis, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Deaf Children's Theatre and Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington.
