Tonya M. Bradley has a diverse work experience that spans over several organizations. Tonya worked as the Vice President of Meals on Wheels Services at MIFA from 2018 to the present. Before that, they held the role of Director at MIFA from 2018 to 2023. Tonya also worked at Service Master- American Home Shield as an Authorizer in 2018. Tonya served as the Executive Director of the Houston Levee Community Center from 2016 to 2017, overseeing administration, programs, and strategic planning. Tonya was the Chief Operating Officer at the Mid-South Food Bank from 2011 to 2015, responsible for leadership, management, and product distribution. Prior to that, they were the Executive Director of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Memphis from 2007 to 2011, managing daily operations and providing leadership to the Board of Directors. Prior to that, Tonya earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health Care Administration from Langston University, completing their studies from 1985 to 1988. Tonya also received a high school diploma in General Studies from Wichita Northwest High School in Wichita, KS, from 1983 to 1985.

In addition to their formal education, Tonya has obtained certifications in Food Defense from the FDA in June 2015. Tonya has also obtained a certification in Property Management, although the specific institution and the date of acquisition are not available.
