Craig Rijkaard

Craig Rijkaard is an experienced Business Development Operations Analyst at MJHS since January 2017, contributing to strategic analysis and supporting cross-functional projects to enhance organizational growth initiatives. With a background in project management and analysis, Rijkaard has improved hospice and palliative care referral systems and facilitated the implementation of Independent Physician Association (IPA) contract requirements. Previous roles include Acting Executive Director at Antiguan Resilience Collective Inc., where leadership in organizational development and policy advocacy was demonstrated, as well as a Research Officer for the Government of Antigua & Barbuda's Directorate of Gender Affairs. Rijkaard holds a Master of Public Health from CUNY Graduate School of Public Health and Health Policy, a Certificate in Gender Studies from The University of the West Indies, and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Universidad Central "Marta Abreu" de Las Villas.
