Prior to Elderplan, Laurissa worked as a Senior Consultant at Braden Consulting & Associates, Inc., where responsibilities included healthcare operational and technical consulting and project management. Earlier career experience includes serving as the Manager of Claims at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Rhode Island, where Laurissa managed claims department operations and led a project team for claims system conversion.
