Bawi Prawidatama

Bawi Prawidatama has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Bawi is currently working as the Head of Sales Marketing at PT. Metropolitan Land Tbk since September 2022. Before that, they served as the Sales Administrative Manager at Samanea Group from January 2022 to September 2022.

From March 2020 to January 2022, Bawi worked as an After Sales Senior Manager at SouthCity Indonesia. Prior to that, they held the position of After Sales Manager at PT Jaya Real Property, Tbk from February 2016 to March 2020.

Bawi's career started in the banking sector at PT. Bank Victoria International, Tbk, where they worked as a Personal Banker from May 2014 to January 2016. During their time there, they were responsible for finding new business and presenting existing products to customers. Bawi also managed all existing funding customers. Before that, Bawi served as an Account Officer (SME) from February 2013 to May 2014.

In 2012, Bawi gained experience in production planning and inventory maintenance as part of their role at PT Dayacipta Kemasindo from July 2012 to February 2013.

Bawi Prawidatama completed a Master's Degree in Banking Management at Perbanas Institute from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Universitas Negeri Semarang, where they studied from 2007 to 2012.

Throughout their career, Bawi has also obtained various certifications. In 2020, they received a certification in Basic Leadership from FIRSTASIA CONSULTANTS. In 2018, they obtained an Advancing Leadership certification from Kubik Leadership. In 2017, they received a certification in Negotiation Skill for Business from PPM Institute of Management. In 2015, Bawi obtained a certification in Key Account and Sales Management from EDCORE INDONESIA. Bawi also obtained a certification in Letters of Credit from PT. Bank Victoria International, Tbk in 2014. Additionally, they received certifications in The Implementation of Anti-Money Laundering and Combating The Financing of Terrorism from LDKI in 2014, The Power of Selling from VIP Development Center in 2013, and the Small Medium Enterprise Development Program from PT. Bank Victoria International, Tbk in 2013.
