Rebecca Knell

Rebecca Knell started their career as an intern with Illusion Industries Inc. in 2012, eventually becoming a Production Office Assistant in 2013. Rebecca then transitioned to the retail industry, working at Safeway as a Bakery Assistant Manager before joining Metropolitan Market as a Bakery/Coffee Shop Lead. With a degree in Culinary Arts from Seattle Central College and a Bachelor of Arts from Emerson College, Rebecca has a strong background in bakery and pastry arts, as well as technical theatre.
