David Carter

David Carter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in HVAC and plumbing construction. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Metropolitan Mechanical Contractors since July 2019, David leads diverse teams to enhance collaboration and project performance through innovative strategies, including target costing and LEAN construction techniques. Previously, David held the position of Construction Executive at Harris and managed commercial HVAC operations at Tweet/Garot Mechanical, Inc., demonstrating expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and business development. David has also contributed to project management in roles at Hurckman Mechanical Ind Inc and Westburne Supply Inc, with a strong foundation in engineering and design. Educational qualifications include attendance at Dunwoody College of Technology and ongoing studies at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.
