James Dunbar

James Dunbar, MSL, is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in non-profit management and community service. Currently the Owner of Zip Ride Enterprise, LLC, which offers golf cart transportation in Tampa, Florida, James has also served in various leadership roles at Metropolitan Ministries since 2012, including Vice President of Outreach, Prevention, and Community Partnerships. Known for designing innovative strategies to assist individuals experiencing homelessness, James has managed multi-million dollar budgets and developed data-driven programs to enhance community outcomes. Additionally, James founded Last Equals First Inc. and FamilyNiteOut.org, focusing on strengthening family units, and has held managerial and marketing roles in both the hospitality and real estate sectors. James holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Strategic Leadership and several Bachelor of Arts in related fields.
