Leona Wells

Leona Wells, MNM, currently serves as the Managing Director of Development and Services at Metropolitan Ministries, where responsibilities include engaging with the community and overseeing operations at the West Pasco campus. Previously, Leona held various leadership roles at Distinct Meeting Solutions, including Senior Director and Director of Development and Community Engagement, focusing on corporate events and client relations. Earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Restaurants at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and as a Catering Sales Manager at Hilton Worldwide. Leona holds a Master of Nonprofit Management from the University of Central Florida and is a member of the Nu Lambda Mu International Honor Society. Additional education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Trinity College Dublin and a degree in Hotel & Catering Management from Technological University Dublin. Leona is also participating in Leadership Pasco's Class of 2024.
