Saige Schill

Saige Schill currently serves as the Volunteer Training Specialist at Metropolitan Ministries, overseeing the volunteer Leader program with over 150 volunteers across four sites, achieving a 3% increase in performance and engagement leading to significant savings for the organization. Previously, Saige held various leadership roles at Parakaleo, e.V., including Chairwoman, Chief People Officer, and Founder & Manager, where responsibilities encompassed strategic growth management, financial oversight, and volunteer recruitment and training. Prior experience includes serving as the Student Affairs Coordinator at the University of the Nations and as a Receptionist for Dr. Jeffrey Beard, MD. Saige holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Pastoral Counseling from Liberty University.
