James Maguire is a seasoned box office professional with extensive experience in managing operations at prestigious venues, including the Metropolitan Opera, where James currently serves as Head Box Office Treasurer. With a career spanning from 1995, James has held various roles that demonstrate expertise in customer service, ticket sales, and team supervision. In addition to the tenure at the Metropolitan Opera, James is also the Founder and Sports Photographer for Skybox Images, capturing significant sports events and overseeing digital content post-production. James began their career at Broadway/L.A. and the David H Koch Theater, consistently achieving sales goals and enhancing customer experience. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from American International College.
