Jamielyn Gagliano

Jamielyn Gagliano, M.S. has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jamielyn started their career in 2006 as a PC & Network Support Specialist at mercyFirst. In 2007, they joined the Metropolitan Opera as a Database Analyst and later became the Director of E-Marketing / Senior Systems Analyst. From 2011 to 2016, they worked at the Metropolitan Opera Guild as the Human Resources & Tessitura Database Administrator. In 2016, they joined THE METROPOLITAN OPERA as the Director of E-Marketing / Senior Systems Analyst. Since 2018, they have been working at Tessitura, first as a Senior Technical Consultant and currently as the Manager, Extended Services. In these roles, they have been responsible for technical analysis, designing solutions, serving as a project leader, and providing technical support and expertise.

Jamielyn Gagliano, M.S. completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Brooklyn College in 2005. Jamielyn then pursued their Master of Science (MS) degree in Civil Engineering at New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended Bishop Kearney High School from 1997 to 2001, where they completed a General degree in Liberal Arts.
